Capital Funds Group, Ltd. has been in business for 13 years, first in the US, now serving you from Canada. To do that, we offer three primary financial services.

For companies seeking capital, our premium service deals with putting high quality entrepreneurs, with well constructed business plans, together with the private Asian Equity Investment Trust which we represent. We are extremely pleased to have been invited to hold this position and offer this service. This Trust has been in existence since the 1950s and operating in its present format for over 20 years. In the over two decades we've been in the financial field, we can honestly say that we've yet to come across an investment group so professional and knowledgeable about so many industries. They consider requests from $1 million to $25 million. Larger packages, however, will be considered if the package and the entrepreneur warrant it. For wholesale businesses, selling goods and/or services to other businesses, factoring, with its 3000 year history, is the most natural and effective solution to rapid cash flow one can find. In addition, it's the most inexpensive money a company can secure to keep the business expanding.

Here we work with two different scenarios. In the first, we are associated with an international Merchant Bank. This group seeks Non-US companies with sales of at least $500,000 annually. (Absolutely no startups.) The product or service must be one which can be sold internationally. The Merchant Bank has a program to take your company public at a very low cost. Once public, it will invest varying amounts directly into your company if you are willing to follow the expansion plan laid out. They offer a great deal of advice on stock offerings, how to use funds to rapidly grow your business, how to protect yourself from short sellers and many other issues which tend to plague the unprepared in the public company sector. Our second scenario includes two loan sources. One handles loans from $25,000 up to $3 million. The loans must be secured by real estate, be for business purposes only and be located in the Western US states. For more details, click here.

The second loan source is what is called "hard money." That means it's expensive and you'll need to have some fee money from the beginning. They handle loans from $1 million to $300 million and can work internationally. Details can be found here.
